With a staff of around 50 employees, the Village Pilote team comprises mainly Senegalese nationals who live in close proximity to children at risk.  This versatile young team is regularly boosted by volunteers and interns with a wealth of experience and backgrounds.

In the 2 residential centres, the children are supported and trained by facilitators and trainers (teachers, agricultural experts, construction professionals, bricklayers and carpenters) and cared for by a team of cooks and general support workers.

The head office (in Yoff) has a small staff who are responsible for the management of the 2 residential centres (accounts, resource management, salaries, recruitment,…) and also the support functions (communication, legal...).
