Why make a regular payment? My monthly gift, of 10 € par example, only costs me 2.50 € thanks to the tax relief. I remain informed about the activities I help to fund via to the Village Pilote’s newsletter. I can stop my regular payment whenever I wish simply by sending a letter. I can spread my gift over the year, choosing the amount and the schedule of my payment. My regular payments mean that Village Pilote can save on bank charges.
How to make a gift on-line?
We do not yet accept credit card payments on-line. However, you can fill in an on-line gift promise and then send your gift by cheque, bank transfer or direct debit by following the instructions which will be sent to you. back...
How to change the amount of my gift?

Where to get a form to send a gift by cheque, transfer or direct debit?
All you have to do is fill in the on-line gift promise and follow the instructions to make your payment (either by cheque, bank transfer or direct debit).
If you would rather have a paper version, you can also download and fill in the Direct Debit Form and send it back to us (along with your cheque or your bank account number and sort code if you have chosen to pay by direct debit).
When will I get my Gift Aid certificate? You will receive your Gift Aid certificate in the 3 weeks following your payment. For regular payments (by direct debit), you will receive your Gift Aid certificate in the February of the year following your payments.

I have changed banks or bank accounts. How to send my new details? If you wish to make your payments from a different account, without changing banks, just send us the new account number either by letter to :

If you change banks, we will need authorisation from your new financial institution order to be able to collect your gift. Please download and fill in the Direct Debit form and send it along with your bank details to:

What happens to my personal details? Village Pilote hereby promises not to sell or exchange any personal information. The information you provide will only be used in connection with your gift or to send you the newsletter. The information is put into a data base for the use of our Donors Service team.

On my tax return, where do I declare my gifts to Village Pilote?
On your French tax declaration form, put your financial gifts in the UD box. If you have donated more than 488 €, write 488 € in the UD box and write the remainder in the UF box. Each gift to Village Pilote gives you the right to a rebate if 66% of the amount of the gift, limited to 20% of your total taxable income. Over and above this limit you can carry forward for up to 5 years the amount exceeding 20% and the beneficiary can do the same. For more information don’t hesitate to contact us. |
